Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DailyMindStep ("the Service"), operated by RENTOS s.r.o. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

DailyMindStep sends you one short motivational email with one small daily task at a time you choose, an optional evening check-in, and a dashboard to rate your days and track your progress. The Service is a motivational and self-improvement tool — it is not medical, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.

3. Account & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You must confirm your email address to receive daily emails.

4. Free trial & billing

New accounts include a 5-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically starts on the plan and interval you selected (monthly or annual).

Prices are shown before checkout and depend on your country (fair regional pricing). The price displayed at checkout, including any applicable VAT, is the price that applies. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details.

5. Right of withdrawal & refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because the Service is supplied digitally and begins immediately, you expressly request that it start during the trial period. Regardless, we make cancellation easy and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in one click from your account. You keep access until the end of your current paid period; we do not charge you again after cancellation. Except where required by law or under our money-back guarantee, payments for periods already started are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse, resell, copy, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, and don't use it unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, and daily material, belongs to RENTOS s.r.o. and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated date. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
